He decided to take back their neighborhood. To raise awareness Pastor Brooks lived on the roof of that model for more than three months, enduring a harsh Chicago winter. We’ve partnered with Megan Wenstrup of the FitGive Movement to bring this special group fitness experience to our families, neighbors, supporters, and friends. We’ll gather on the beautiful grounds of the La Grange Park District in Gordon Park to lunge, crunch, plank and squat our way to a sweaty good time! Led by Halle McCormick, known all around the area as the fitness instructor with the perfect mix of challenge + fun, you can expect a safe, effective full-body workout. We’ll include elements of strength, cardio, and mobility for all ages, fitness levels, and body types.
